So grateful!
You don’t ever think you’ll find yourself in a situation of needing a criminal attorney. But, when our son was going through a very challenging time in his life, I was grateful to have Dana on my side.

Positive revirew
I recently consulted with Dana Hogle in a criminal littering/tresspassing charge from a neighbor. This was a very stressful time for me and Dana not only gave me expert advise on how to respond, he walked me through what to expect and treated me like family. For anyone needing the best criminal...

Run and don’t hire
Not happy with this firm, I hired them last year with Mr. Moon an attorney who worked there. He changed my husbands court date and it extended the drama for longer which was unneeded. We had a court hearing before Covid and he never notified my husband that it was changed so he took the time off work...

Dismissed Criminal Charges Case
I had a case against me for domestic violence. I hired Dana to help represent me. After several months of working with him me case got dismissed. I am happy that I chose him. At times it took longer than I wanted for my calls to be returned, but I get it, he is busy. Overall I am extremely happy I...

Avoid at all Costs $6500 Plus 25 Interest
If Dana worked as hard as he did separating me from his fee $6500 plus 25 % as he did on my case I would be fine. Well after he didn't show up for court my first time ever in court. I knew i was in trouble. After I spoke to his less than reassuring staff I realized I made a terrible mistake...
Kevin, per your messages about refunding your money or else you would leave bad reviews we expected your review. You’ve told me your concerns and your issues in person which I respect and appreciate. My staff and I are not always perfect and there is always room to improve. You are a unique man. Your quick wit and sarcasm had my staff friendly and chatty instead of direct and to the point. We have found that most of our clients like to be treated like as a friend and accepted and not judged when accused of a crime and dealing with the stress that comes with that. Your critique of my staff was discussed internally but alas they will continue to be empathetic and kind to our clients for that is the culture and approach we take each client. As far as the court appearances, I am as timely as possible. Many courts run long and I can be a bit tardy at times. I am always in the same courthouse, I am just in-between court rooms. My staff is in constant communication with each client that is waiting on me, updating them with my schedule in the court in real time via text message or by phone. Your feelings of being in court and having your advocate at your side is more than important to me and my firm. You and I were able to achieve a good result with the State and I wish you well with your continued freedom. As far as money goes, you elected to use a third party lending company (a bank) that has terms of interest that me and my firm have no say in. It is an agreement between you and that bank, my firm has no control over. It is as if you used a credit card issued by a bank. My staff and I are saddened that such a good legal result has gone unnoticed. As I said before in our one-on-one discussion, your experience with my staff and myself was welcomed and taken seriously given all clients matter. Again, I wish you the very best and think of your and powerful personality fondly. Dana
