Jaime G. Richards graduated from Ogden High School in 2000 and served an missionary in Belém, Brazil on the Amazon river. Jaime is a husband and father of four children. Before venturing to law school and becoming a lawyer, Jaime had a previous career in real estate development and finance. His father is a founding member of Richards & Godfrey, PC., growing up around the practice of law, coupled with his diverse prior business experience, puts Jaime in a unique position to understand how the law and the real world work. He practices in the area of bankruptcy, estate planning, real estate, contracts and other transactional work and family law. Jaime is an avid golfer and crossfitter, he loves spending time outside playing with his family.

The Best Ever
Going through bankruptcy is very stressful. Jaime has made the process less so. When I have had questions, he has been right there to answer and provide information. He is very supportive and makes me feel my issues are top priority. Highly recommended.

Very Knowledgeable
Mr. Richards was very helpful with my case. I was kinda scared to talk to a lawyer and I had a lot of questions. Jaime made me feel at ease and knew all the answers I needed. I walked out of there feeling so much better. I will referrer him to everyone I can!!!!!!
