I had the privilege of meeting Thomas Braham at a bankruptcy workshop that he was conducting in downtown Denver. Right from the start I can tell that Thomas was very passionate about what he did for a living which was to help his clients get thru bankruptcy as pain free as possible. Filing for bankruptcy can be a very stressful experience. I had recently dealt with a major setback with my health, and in turn I was unable to keep up with my bills. I had lost my job, my apartment and I felt so hopeless and lost about what I was going to do next. I didn't know who to trust or lean on except my family.
Lawyers can be intimidating, but when I saw Thomas talking to my mother after the workshop, I felt right at ease about him. I could tell right away that he meant what he said about his passion and desire to help others thru hard time. After speaking with him, I knew he was the lawyer I wanted to represent me. He shared about his experience as a bankruptcy lawyer, and his desire to help people get a fresh start, in an area of their lives that can otherwise make them feel disheartened, with nowhere to turn.
He assured me that there was nothing to worry about, and that it was his job to get me through this tough time in my life with reassurance and peace. He did just that. His compassion for what I had gone thru, his go-to attitude, and his personal experiences and professional expertise made me realize that thousands of people like me go thru these kind of things and survive. I trusted him 100% with everything he told me, how the process worked and what to expect. There were no surprises, no bumps in the road and I went from being in debt beyond belief to a fresh beginning.
Thomas Braham is someone I would recommend to anyone is looking for a lawyer that will stand by their side, that they can trust 100% that what he says and does is true, supports them thru their decision to file for bankruptcy, and leads them thru the process at their own pace so that they feel comfortable and as stress free as possible!

my guy took a working-class carpenter like me and walked me through the scariest most life changing legal decision I've ever made and stayed with me step by step through the whole thing hell he even gave me a hug when it was all over!! A class act from start to finish.

I don't imagine I am the only person that entered into a BK with the fear & stress of the unknown, it has definitely been "HUGE" in my book. Once I found Thomas Braham life has been so much better. I was not looking forward to going to an attorney, & the process seemed very intimidating to me. On the first consultation with Thomas he immediately set me at ease, & although not part of his job, even got a couple of laughs out of me, for he was very aware of my tenseness as I approached that meeting. I could not have made a better choice of an attorney. Thomas does all the work himself, one on one. He typed up the petition, he was available & responded to any questions I had during the whole process. He has an uncanny sense to read between the lines even on the questions I did not ask. He is easy to communicate with, & is just "there" for you, guides you through, seamlessly. I am so thankful to have found who I felt was the "perfect" attorney for me. I was surprised not to see more write ups on Thomas Braham, as I researched attorneys, but made my choice as he was the one to immediately answer any questions I asked, with professional expertise, no pressure whatsoever, & just as easily made a free consultation appointment, with absolutely no pressure at all, leaving me to make my decision after I left his office. I had some urgency to file quickly & Thomas Braham was extremely accommodating to my needs & I was filed promptly. I feel I could have paid several times the amount of money to another attorney & not received the same conscientious service that I received from Thomas.

I met with a few attorneys before choosing Thomas and in my mind Thomas was the most knowledgeable and took time to actually listen to me and put together a bankruptcy plan where I was actually able to keep my house! I would definitely recommend him www.brahamlaw.com

Tom is very easy to talk to, personable and not judgemental. I am sure he is more than capable of handling just about any bankruptcy he comes across. I would definately use him in the future and send my friends to him.
