Unprofessional

I've been following up via email and calling for a month now to pay off a debt I owe. I've heard nothing, he's intentionally ignoring me. Incredibly unprofessional. I'm being garnished for more than I owe which is ridiculous.

In my defense

My case was a little complicated and didn’t call Andrew until later on around my court date. He still took the case and got the job done! I got lesser charges, as I feel was fair, and very happy with the outcome. Also, he’s a very nice guy with a heart and very understanding. I have already recom...mended him to other people.

zero stars was not an option

I was referred to Andrew to assist me with collection of a debt. Andrew charged a retainer fee, then failed to send letter of demand (which he said he sent in January), advised me to collect all of my proof for proceeding with case and when I did, he stated that he decided not to proceed with the cas...e because he was "too busy" and in an email told me that he never sent the letter of demand. He then said in a follow-up email that he would agree to testify in court at a hearing or trial that he DID send the letter. Not a credible lawyer at all.

Great Attorney

Andrew is a top notch professional! We have exclusively used his collection services for years and have been very pleased with his results in collecting $ from unresponsive contracted clients. Our companies have consistently benefited from his sound counsel.

review

Andrew Nimtz and Complete Family Care pursued me over a 100 dollar bill that was not processed by the insurance company due to a preexisting clause. I had changed addresses and was also out of state for work. When I returned, I was served papers to appear in court. After further review, complete fam...ily care failed to process paperwork and that is why it was not paid. Once the insurance company found out, they paid the 100 dollars immediately. Andrew on the other hand refused to work with me and started the process to garnish my wages. As a father of two trying to provide, this made it very difficult for me.
