Adam was offered a misdemener plea the first day we went to court, I told him to take it, he told me, "Let me do my job" so I said ok. over the next 3 months he delayed the case, seemed he did nothing with my case at all unless we were in court. After delaying for 3 months and doing nothing with my case, he decided we should take the plea. At this point they changed DA's and the plea was withdrawn. He delayed some more, and about 3 months later another DA was assigned. A new plea of a felony was offered. He wanted to take that immediately. In my opinion he is a terrible lawyer. This case cost me about 5000 dollars only because he strung it out so I would have to keep paying him. A plea was offered the first day that I wanted to take, he recommended I don't take it. He did not keep me informed of anything thruout the case, he did not work on my case unless I was in court. I feel like I would have done much better without him as my lawyer, even if I had done it myself. He is interested in making sure the case takes a long time so you have to pay him the most money possible for the case to be handled and in the end he took a misdemeaner and turned it into a felony. Hiring him as a lawyer is a mistake I have to live with for the rest of my life now. I would never hire this guy or use the law firm of ever again and would certainly not recomend them to anyone. What I did was wrong, but for 5000 dollars he turned my misdemeaner into a felony and it took over a year to do it.

My case originally started off as a DUI and due to my irresponsibility ended up being multiple cases including the DUI, driving on a suspended license, and several minor in possession tickets. These all started with the DUI that was my man concern because I believed that I did nothing wrong to have gotten that severe of a charge. So did Adam. So Adam being the great lawyer that he is explain all my option and outcomes good or bad and also told me what I needed to do to get the best possible situation for myself. When it comes to legal matters it takes a lot of effort from the defendant but it is way easier when you have a great lawyer to explain it all to you. But bottom line, with Adams help I got out of all my injustice with an mere unauthorized driver ticket.
