Great trial lawyer

DJ represented me in a complicated personal injury case. My case eventually went to trial, and DJ’s knowledge, experience and tenacity lead to a verdict in my favor. My family and I are very grateful for his professionalism, and would whole heartily recommend DJ to our friends and family.

A Wonderful Outcome

I feel extremely fortunate to have found DJ Banovitz. He pretty much saved my life. After being hit by a truck while riding my bicycle (Aug.2013), my life was in a shambles. I was devastated both physically& emotionally and until my friend,Larry found Mr. Banovitz, my future was looking bleak. DJ t...ook over my case & my load felt lightened immediately. While working to resolve my case,he kept me informed and always explained what was happening in terms that I could understand, which was so important to me since I was experiencing a lot of confusion due to a traumatic brain injury.(And I don't always understand "Lawyer talk"!). Thanks to DJ, I won my case and was able to pay my huge medical debts and can now start my life over. He was always concerned about my healing & how I felt. Whenever I would start to panic or get confused,DJ would calm me down & reassure me. I felt so relieved to have him in my corner and will be forever grateful for his hard work & my wonderful outcome. Great Job dealing with a hit-and-run accident

I was injured in a hit-and-run accident, Mr. Banovitz did a great job at getting me close to the limit my insurance was able to compensate me for. I would highly recommend him to anyone dealing with a hit-and-run accident.

Amazing Attorney

I had an amazing and wonderful experience with DJ. He is a very knowledgeable attorney and very compassionate. The whole time I felt like I was in control and it was my case allowing me to make all the decisions along the way. At the same time, DJ was providing me sound and well informed legal cou...nsel. DJ has a lot of experience and knowledge that I was able to benefit from. His work ethic and drive exceeded my expectations. He is a respectful attorney and I was extremely grateful to have him on my side the whole time. I am confident no one will be disappointed if they retain him.

Ethical and Effective

DJ represented us on multiple cases. He was always caring and takes time to learn facts and analyzed all documents. He saved us from lengthy lawsuit, helped us understand our options and the implications of choosing one course of action versus another. DJ's advice always considered the ethical iss...ues involved. We'd recommend DJ's services to all who want results!
