Outcome: Fraudulent Will was Tossed Out

Description: A will was probated and my client objected due to the will being fraudulent. After six months of discovery and a trial on the merits, we were able to prove to the court that the will was indeed fraudulent and the deceased's estate passed to the rightful heirs. There is a pending criminal investigation into the fraudulent activity surrounding the will forgery.
