Description: Aggravated Assault (DEADLY WEAPON). A repo man was attempting to repossess a vehicle in San Jacinto County. The debtor, who was also a county employee as the 911 coordinator claimed the Defendant hit her with the vehicle while leaving. The jury found our client NOT GUILTY.
