I recommend Mr. Martinez, he was very professional and handled my case in a very excellent way.

Herman laid the case out for me in a tough and honest way. He explained the law and his interpretation of the law. He also told me how he would advise on the case if I were his sister or family member. I could accept his point of view from his conviction and the congruity in his voice and manner. He showed me compassion and generosity.

Mr. Martinez did not overcharge me as been done before by our corporate attorney who gave
questionable at best representation that did not favor me. Mr. Martinez stated he would represent me to the best of his ability no matter how many court appearences it required
and there would be no sudsequent fees. Mr. Martinez used the law to its fullest legal extent
and brought me back from the gates of futility. Although barely knowing him at the time, I would trust him with my legal "life" now and all I have spoken to about Mr. Martinez wish to be a future client if need be. I can only assume this man worked tirelessly on a "cheap" case to present the best scenerio for me that he could. And he did. Then he walked off with no thanks from me to defend another client.
