Read This. Seriously Read This.

Richard W. Rousseau is the best attorney I have ever had. He took my case when no one else would and has been by my side for over six years. He always treated me with respect, dignity, and compassion. He made me feel like I was part of his family, not just another client. He fought hard for my rights... and interests and never gave up on me. He is a brilliant lawyer and a wonderful human being. I trust him completely, and I am so grateful for his help. I have recommended him to more than two dozen people, including my own family members. I don't do it because he pays me; I do it because I believe in him as he believed in me. He is the best of the best, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal assistance. He deserves more than five stars; he deserves a medal. If you are looking for an attorney who will go above and beyond for you, look no further than Richard. He is a true professional and a genuine friend.

VA Disability

Richard and his team represented me for my disability claim and my family and I couldn't be happier. His attention to detail, professionalism and guidance for us were all outstanding. He is extremely thorough and kept us up to date all the way though the process. He also made himself available fo...r multiple Q&A sessions and made us feel at ease. Timeliness is also another one of his teams assets. I will recommend Richard to anyone that I know that needs any legal service that he and his team provides. Words can't even begin to convey how happy I am to have chosen Richard to represent me.

Awesome Work

Let me start by saying Richard and his team are first rate professionals who actually care about his Veteran Clients. He took the time to understand my issues and work with me and in the end, he was able to secure serval 100% ratings through the VA.

My experience with Mr. Rousseau and his legal team

After wasting a couple years seeking seeking compensation from the Veterans Admin for injuries sustained during active duty, and getting nowhere, a friend recommended I make a free consultation with Mr. Rousseau. This was without a doubt one of the best decisions I ever made in my life. Although it t...ook 2 1/2 years, mostly because of the Covid shutdown, Mr. Rousseau and his legal team never gave up and fought battle after battle with them to win my case. They have my utmost respect and appreciation for what they did. I will be forever grateful.

"RIck is a smart, aggressive, hard-working, likeable, clever and intrepid attorney. He loves a challenge and when you meet him you can tell he truly enjoys practicing law. This is important because you want an advocate who loves what he does and can get you excellent results. He was one of my supervisors when I was on active duty and I learned a lot from his mentorship. You cannot go wrong hiring him whether you hire him for a criminal case, a military matter or an estates and trust issue. Did I say he also has a Masters of Law in Taxation on top of everything else....? He is just one of the best."
