I was charged with a DWI Felony 3rd in March of 2014, after doing some research online and talking to other defense lawyers. I decided to hire the Randal Isenberg law firm; it ended up being the best choice I would ever make. Facing possible felony charge and losing my teaching certificate plus other repercussions due to the charge, Mr. Isenberg was able to knock down the Felony 3rd to a DWI Second after being presented to the Grand jury. My case was just disposed about two weeks ago, and seeing Mr. Isenberg work in the court room my charge was further lowed and I was finally convicted of a DWI 1st Of course I wish it could have been dismissed, but considering that I started this long unwanted journey with a Felony and ended up with a class b misdemeanor I am more than pleased. Also this law firm worked with me in making payment arrangements thru out this year, I highly recommend this Law firm to anyone facing a DWI or any criminal charge. They will do their best to lower your charges.

I was in a horrible situation expecting the worst outcome possible. Randy helped me tremendously and was able to get me something I didn't think was possible. Randy is very professional and honest about your situation. I believe those are two very important things when looking to hire THE best attorney. He delivered on his promises and maintained open communication with me through the whole process.
I highly recommend Randy to anyone that is looking to keep their record clean. Him and his staff worked tirelessly on my case and delivered results I thought were unattainable.

After several years of sobriety, I slipped up. Bad. Picked up a PI, and did it while still on probation for a prior offense. You know the rest -- possible revocation loomed on the horizon.
What I did obviously wasn't smart. A crisis date (the anniversary of the death of a loved one) had arrived, and, unlike prior years, I didn't use my tools to avoid drinking. Instead, I wound up in the company of an acquaintance who didn't know of my prior issues, and, before I could even think about it, I was deep into a bottle (or 2). Like I said, not smart. Just plain dumb.
Fortunately, once I recovered my senses after a night in jail, I wised up, and I decided not to run from the problem or just hope that it would go away. I knew I had to face it head on, but I also knew I shouldn't try to face it alone. So I immediately started looking for a lawyer -- a well connected, highly qualified lawyer. That search led me to Mr. Isenberg. In fact, the reviews on this very page helped me make the decision to contact his office.
Mr. isenberg and his staff got me in for an appointment on the same day I called, and they wasted no time in getting the ball rolling. His credibility with the Court and their probation staff -- both because of his status as a former district court judge and his many years of experience as a well respected criminal defense attorney -- proved invaluable. He presented my circumstances in the best possible light, stressed my years of compliance with the terms of my probation, and within two (2) weeks had secured an agreement with the Court's probation department wherein I would not be referred for revocation proceedings. To say the least, I and my family will be forever grateful for his efforts.
The result in my case speaks for itself. What I would stress to anybody in a similar position who might be reading this is how very, very, VERY important it is to hire an attorney who is viewed as highly credible by the Courts and their staff. Why is that important? Because your own credibility with those same people will be largely dependent upon your attorney's credibility. I know I chose wisely in that regard in selecting Mr. Isenberg for the job, and I pray that you make an equally wise choice in selecting your own attorney.
One more thing: a big shout out to Mr. Isenberg's right hand man, Brian Price. This young man is knowledgeable, accessible, and just a really good guy who is always ready with an encouraging word. He's a big part of everything written above.
Best of luck to all of you. I know what you're feeling right now, and I pray that your results are as favorable as mine. But KNOW this: the first step in getting that kind of result is hiring a qualified lawyer. Trust me, it's money well spent,

I contacted Isenberg's firm based on a recommendation and am so happy that I did. The entire team was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. They didn't sugar coat anything as far as recommendations for my case, which I was appreciative of. It made me feel that they weren't just dragging my case out to make more money and the professionalism and knowledge from everyone was great. I couldn't have been any happier with their work.

I just want to thank Mr. Isenberg and his "fabulous team" for getting my DWI case dismissed. I am forever grateful for all his hard work in getting the job done! I also want to thank his legal assistants, Rosa and Brian for always being so nice in returning my phone calls. I would call practically every day and they always had an awesome attitude when they returned my calls. They answered all my questions and I am a satisfied customer who will definitely refer this firm to anyone who needs an awesome lawyer.

I was initially impressed with Mr. Isenberg because he called me on a Sunday afternoon after I had filled out an online request on his website. When I arrived at his office, there were 5 or 6 other people in the lobby. When I was called back to what I assumed to be a consultation with Mr. Isenberg, several other people were also called back and each of us was "farmed out" to other assistants or associates offices. The associate that I spoke with asked a few questions regarding my case and then Mr. Isenberg made an appearance. He did not come in to speak with me about my case, he was there simply to tell me what his fee would be. His fee was outrageous. I tried to ask him some questions about my case and he seemed in a hurry and not interested in answering. After my "consultation" with the associate was over, I asked what she thought the outcome of my case might be. She informed me that it "wouldn't be good" (this was a DWI case). I was then ushered into an office to speak to a gentleman to try to figure out how I could pay the $10,000 fee. After I left, the only thing I could keep thinking was why in the world would I pay $10,000 to anybody for an outcome that wouldn't be good. It is my humble opinion that Mr. Isenberg is running a case mill and is more concerned with money than the well being and satisfaction of his clients. I would not recommend hiring him under any circumstance.

I was arrested for the first time for DWI and I was referred to Randall Isenberg from a good friend of mine that heard about him being the best. I was glad that I took my friends advice! I had my drivers license taken away but I got that back soon after so that was the first good news that I got. Then the best thing that could have happened to any one in my predicament happened! My case has been dismissed and I owe it to them for their hard work and dedication. It was the best money that I ever spent!! Everyone that works at the firm was very knowledgable, friendly, and professional. They always kept me informed about my case and took all my phone calls too. There was always someone there to answer my questions. The best thing that could have happened to any one in my predicament happened! My case has been dismissed and I owe it to them for their hard work. Thank you Randall Isenberg and Associates.

Facing a Felony DWI 3 and Misdemeanor possession charge, the Isenberg team was able to have the DWI reduced to a DWI 2 Misdemeanor and the possession charge reduced.

Mr. Isenberg and his team are outstanding by far! They answer all phone calls and when they can't they call back immediately. They understand that time is a huge thing and got us in for an appointment the very next day-on a Saturday. They were always updating us on the case, listening to our concerns and our input. They were very proactive and moved very quickly with the case. Mr. Isenberg understood we were scared and always stayed calm and told us to breathe and that it would be alright...and it was, thanks to him. I definitely would recommend this firm because they simply are the best of the best!
