I was extremely impressed with Mark Dean's work through each phase and progression of my SSDI case. Mark and I met at his satellite office in Edwardsville, IL. His meeting availability, legal knowledge, engaging/dynamic work ethic, and overall easygoing attitude/demeanor accented each meeting. With his strong written/computer documented support and superior ethics within SSDI law, my case progressed to a positive outcome. I would highly recommend him for SSDI cases.
One of the biggest challenges faced by some head injured people is processing anything new. Meeting a new person who is in a position of authority often enhances the stress. Without going into the long list of the challenges before us and for reasons beyond my control, I was under great duress to find an attorney for a Social Security Hearing. The heads up in these cases are usually three or four months rather than less than three weeks as it was.
In our hurried search for representation, we noticed attorneys in this area of practice tend to be people of compassion. After seeking and being turned down by four attorneys, we met Mark Dean just eight days before the hearing. Almost immediately, I felt at ease in his presence. My husband’s body language indicated he, too, was feeling positive about Mr. Dean.
In our initial meeting, Mr. Dean quickly assessed the needs of the case. Gave us hope that had not been engendered prior to this and sent us on our way expecting to hear from him as to whether or not he would accept the case.
Within hours, he let us know he would take the case. He stayed in close contact with us quickly answering every question. The hearing went well and I was awarded benefits. It was so refreshing, to have engaged an attorney who is genuinely kind and is profoundly professional.
If you get a dwi in St. Louis county you will hard pressed to find a better lawyer then this man. I have had more then my share of these types of issues. I'm not from St. Louis so I have had experience with different lawyers in different parts of Missouri and without a doubt he is the best I've dealt with. He is exactly what you want in a lawyer, honest, confident, personal able, takes time to explain things to you in non-legal speak, and always available to answer any and all questions. Your future is in not good, but great hands with this man. I literally owe him a few years of my freedom, no question.
Great to talk to. Made me feel at ease. Handle my case so that I never had to appear in court.
Mark is a solid attorney. He is always very responsive and thorough with case details. I have retained Mark several times and always been happy with his level of customer service.
Mr. Dean worked hard on my social security case for me. He kept up with all needed paperwork and was aggresive in my fight to win. He kept me informed and always up to date. I would highly recommend Mr. Mark Dean as a lawyer.
I found myself in an unfortunate DWI situation back in early 2010. I contacted Mark, as I had no idea the steps I had to take in order to get this situation resolved. Luckily, Mark jumped on it and we smoothly worked through every step together..ultimately coming to a quick and acceptable resoluton. I highly recommend Mark, if you find yourself in situation with a possible DWI lingering. Through his regular contact with me and the guidance and knowledge he provided, the ordeal was quick and not nearly as horrible as I had imagined.
I would recommend Mark Dean to represent you with your legal issues. He is a very reasonable, knowledgeable, experienced attorney. This was my first experience with a lawyer. He was patient as I had many questions, reliable, and persistent to achieve a positive outcome. He was very reasonable in his fees. Mark has a kind demeanor. He is a fair person and easy to work with. I cannot offer any reasons as to why one would not want him to represent them.
Mr. Mark Dean has the ability to effective listen to client while not becoming judgemental. Mr. Dean continued to keep me posted of any court appearances and was very accountable doing those times. Mr. Dean continued to probe and inquire about options to pursue regarding court proceedings.
I needed a lawyer that practiced in Missouri and my lawyer recomended Mark Dean. My employer wanted me to sign a release before I received a severance package but Mark was able to get them to pay me my severance and allow me to file a workman's comp claim. He was also nice enough not to charge me for the severance work he did because in his words" all I did was write a few letters." This is refreshing!!! I highly recomend Mark to anyone looking for a hard working, honest lawyer.
