Dealing with Kevin Linder was one of the worst experiences of my life. He was dishonest with me on several occasions and lied to me outright. He was not aware of the law and had to be corrected numerous times by the judge, the other attorney, and myself, and then he charged me for his mistakes. He would not respond to my contacts. He also refused to return what was left of my retainer after the whole disaster was over. Absolutely horrible experience.

Kevin and Lisa Robinson helped me and my wife with a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. My wife passed away soon after the bankruptcy was filed and both Kevin and Lisa helped get through this tough time. Lisa went as far as to go with me to my 341 meeting so I wouldn't have to do it alone.

Kevin was very knowledgeable and caring. He and paralegal, Lisa R., made my bankruptcy virtually painless. I was kept well informed by phone calls, e-mails and US mail. Anytime I was anxious about my case, Kevin would calmly explain things to me so I felt comfortable and prepared.
