I have been dealing with SSA for the last year or so. Once getting to the point of legal assistance I went to Richard Feingold for help. I was at that the point of not being able to appeal all of the denials for SSI assistance. Not only was he and his team on top of what was required, Richard returned my emails over the week end...a lawyer responding over the week end. Needless to say, his knowledge and ability to present my case to the state earned me SSI status. After being injured while deployed in Iraq I figured I wouldn't have much trouble receiving social security. I couldn't have been more wrong I was denied. After that I got help from Richard and had no trouble at all, thanks to Richard.

Richard was a very good Lawyer. Social Security Disability gave me all kinds of grief. At times it seemed there was no hope, but Richard kept fighting for me even after several years of being turned down. I did however win the case. He also referred me to a Federal Specialist lawyer who is now fighting for my back-pay.

The past 9 years I have had difficulty sleeping. I usually only get 3 to 4 hours of sleep a night. This past Sunday, I fell asleep at 12pm and didn't wake up until 6:30am. Monday morning. This might sound strange to you, but I can attribute this to Richard Feingold. The reason, he lifted all the pressure off my shoulders. I filed for Social Security Disability in May, 2011. I was given good advice that Mr. Feingold is an excellent Social Security Disability Attorney, and I should hire him. This was an excellent suggestion. I was denied my claim, and Rich came in like a Knight in Shining Armour, and fought with Social Security, and I was finally approved last week, and will receive all back pay since I filed. I owe it all to Rich. He worked countless hours on my case. The reason I would recommend Rich to anyone is he truly cares, and is very sympathetic to his clients. I have dealt with quite a few lawyer over the years. But Rich shines all over them. He is always available to his clients, which impressed me the most. Nearly every time I called him with a question, and i had plenty of them, he would always talk to me. If he was with another client, or out of the office, he would return my calls the same day. Most other attorneys won't call you back for days. He is so knowledgeable about Social Security laws, he always kept in touch with me, and if I didn't phone him, he would call me with an update about my case. He has a wonderful personality, and he talks in jargon that I can understand. This past year has been a hardship on me. I was rapidly approaching homelessness, but thanks to Rich, everything worked out. I am indebted to him for everything that he did for me; I would recommend him to anyone.
