Daniel S Rosen

Dan Rosen has spent over seven years practicing exclusively in the area of Social Security Disability law, and has represented clients at the initial, reconsideration, hearing, Appeals Council and district court levels.

Dan is the 2013-2014 Chair of the Chicago Bar Association Social Security Law Committee.  He has spoken to numerous groups about the process of obtaining Social Security Disability benefits, including the Chicago Heights Vet Center, the Wellness House in Hinsdale, and the Decalogue Society of Lawyers.  He has also spoken on the radio on several occasions on the topic of Social Security Disability law.

Dan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison before receiving his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he was a member of the Kent Justice Foundation, a public interest law group.  He received CALI awards for the highest grade in Trial Advocacy and Legal Rights of Children. While in law school, Dan was a judicial extern for the Honorable La Quietta J. Hardy-Campbell and The Honorable Anthony Young of the Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County.
