Description: My client was injured in an automobile collision, suffering a severely fractured arm requiring open reduction and surgical fixation and months of rehabilitation. The car primarily responsible for her injuries only had limited auto insurance policy limits. Fortunately, these were high enough so that all of her bills could be paid and she still wound up with a large settlement. Unfortunately, she is still not fully compensated, which is where underinsurance motorist coverage comes into play. I am currently pursuing the insurance policy of the driver of my client's vehicle so that I am able to obtain enough funds to make my client "whole" and restore her to how she was prior to the incident.
