CHA v. Jane Doe

Outcome: Case settled in favor of our client.

Description: Chicago Housing Authority attempted to prevail on a motion for summary judgment. We were able to convince the court that our client be allowed to remain in apartment for an extended period of time, and convinced the court that our client might be able to negotiate a new lease arrangement with the Chicago Housing Authority.
