Adam was positive that he could handle this matter for us and it would only take a matter of 2-3 months - at the most. Eight months later and we had heard nothing. There were no return phone calls or e-mails. We had no idea what was going on with our case. It was very disappointing that he did not even have the courtesy or respect to respond to us. We fired him and went elsewhere for the assistance that we needed.

He was able to identify that I had a predatory loan and could later sue my lender for damages. That changed my entire view of the situation. I started off in a dire situatuion reguarding my home. It was a long shot by the time I became aware of my situation. I spoke with several of his associates before I met him all saying it was not too late and he could help. After meeting him he asurred me I had a case and not to worry. I was willing to do what ever it took to save my home. I also asked to be notified if at any point things were going south and I needed to get out. See I have 3 children and my wife just passed away. He promised he would let me know if things were not going smooth. Well he didn't I awoke one morning to polcie officers asking me to get out of my home. I tried to call him several times with no return call. Basically this is a shorten version but to this day I still never heard from him. My family has bounced back now and i have learned a hard lesson on trusting people but dont use adam tracy for anything. I paid 2500 up front and 500 dollars a month for six months for nothing.

I had lost my husband, my job, and was on the bring of losing my home. Adam had a real passion for this type of case and was extremely knowledgeable where a couple other attorneys I met with just seemed to want a big up front payment. He saved my house and was extremely flexible working with me. I would recommend him to anybody.

As a client I found him to be very unprofessional. Her starts out ok but does not finish cases. He does not return call and cancelled meeting at the last minute.

Adam never returned my calls but was very happy to take my deposit. He never completed the job he was hired to do. His receptionist was great but Adam never returned the messages I left for him.

Adam is difficult to get a hold of. If you require updates this will be frustrating. Do your research, I am a previous client and had to go else where to have my house closing completed.

he has a very pleasant personality, however if you are trying to work thru a trying bankruptcy and need it done in any reasonable time frame you would want to look elsewhere. I do have to say that if your not in a hurry, and are really short on funds he is an option, but again you get what you pay for. he was one of the least expensive that I have run into. Looking back though I would have paid a few hundred more to get someone that kept me better informed.
