I have worked with Sulaiman Law Group multiple times. Each time, their services and ethics are top notch, professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. Even if the question is asked about something out of their realm of expertise , they guide us to the best resource on the subject matter. They continue to impress me by raising their professional bar higher at each encounter.

My husband and I had problems and a friend of ours recommended this law firm, and we were so worried and stressed with the problems in our lives, After we scheduled an appointment with them, we felt relieved and in good hands. They really go out of their way for us and we would recommend them!

The Sulamain Law Group has been more than helpful and knowledgable. Each lawyer and each staff member that we have worked with has been patient, thorough and diligent. They continue to listen to our concerns, responding clearly and explaining each issue or question in detail. Time is allotted to make sure that we are not only included but that we understand and are comfortable with each step of the proceedings. Calls are answered and emails are returned surprisingly fast. In the close to two years that we have been working with this law firm, they continue to go above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They give us valuable information on how to move forward and provide support along the way. The Sulamain Law Group has won our confidence with their knowledge, commitment and compassion. We highly recommend their services.

Do you really believe the reviews you see online? Who do you believe today? We can certainly attest to the many positive reviews and attributes about Ahmad and his team. Everybody's case is unique, and often times the situation is the darkest when you need help and your are desperate and not thinking clearly.
We were directed to Ahmad by a realtor we were working with on a property we had that we were trying to short sale. We never could seem to get the answers we wanted and what the implications of the short sale posed from the attorney we were working with. After meeting with Ahmad, it was apparent that he was genuinely concerned about us and our situation and not looking at us as his next case. After meeting with Ahmad several times, several options were presented. The choices were clear, and we understood what would take place.
Throughout the process, Ahmad and his team were always there to keep us informed and answer any questions we had, no matter how simple or complex. It is not easy to turn a bad situation into a good experience, but that is just what Ahmad and his team did!!

If only all attorneys were like Mr. Sulaiman, we could all look forward to times when we need legal help. I had been perhaps two thirds of the way through a foreclosure when my attorney just dropped off the face of the earth. Although she had often told me what a good deal she was giving me and what a great attorney she was, her representation cost me thousands of dollars and did nothing to mitigate my stress. When she replied to my request for an update on my case with a terse, "I'll call you when I have something," I dutifully kept paying my assessment$, and tried to not worry. After a couple of months of unreturned texts, I found that her phone was disconnected. I called the mortgage company directly for an update. Since their records showed my apparently former attorney as still representing me, they would not tell me anything about my case. That's when I became not just stressed but afraid. Will I need to start all over? Was anything done my former attorney in my best interest? How much more is this mess going to cost me?
Then I did what I should have done at the very beginning. I searched online for a foreclosure attorney. I found this site and Mr. Sulaiman. I trusted the reviews of his prior clients and sent an inquiry to his office. From that moment on, I could breathe a huge sigh of relief. They made an appointment for me the day after we spoke. Mr. Sulaiman was everything you could want in an attorney. He was warm, kind, knowledgeable. Thorough, informative and patient. We drank cups of tea while he explained the status of my case. He listened to me and treated me only with respect. I had hoped that he would be willing to take my case although, hopefully, the process was nearly complete. Instead, he had found records showing that my foreclosure was done, what comes next and how to protect myself from possible future ramifications. He even gave me information about repairing my credit, how to deal with my former attorney and a copy of his book. All of this for one very reasonable consultation fee. If he had charged me ten times as much, I would have still felt it was fair and worthwhile.
It is safe to say that not only is he an excellent attorney, he has a better sense of customer service than any other professional I have dealt with. Each person on his staff was helpful, kind and professional even though the office was busy as a beehive. That is no accident. I have studied what businesses operating within a framework of trust, respect and responsibility should look like. I'm happy to say I've finally seen one. Thank you!

Just started this process and have done nothing but request multiple meetings, calls and emails. I was sure that this firm was going to fire me before I even started. We purchased at the height of the market and utilized creative lending. Now our property value is less than half of what paid and what we owe. Being current with very good credit I have to admit I am so afraid of what will happen but I feel confident to partner to this firm. Both my fiance and I have been nothing but impressed. I am amazed at what an intelligent and hard working group this has been. The meetings and atmosphere is a "family-like" calm. These are real people who so far really seem to care about the two of us and our future. We are not being treated as a case number or a walking dollar sign. Several friends who are in a similar situation told me about Sulaiman Law Offices. Reluctantly I called. I was born into real estate and worked in mortgage banking so as you can image, I was very negative walking in. I will update my experiences as I walk down this road with Mr. Sulaiman and his team, but so far I am very impressed and am starting to see a small glimmer of hope for my situation. They know their stuff and they seem to enjoy explaining every detail to you until you understand...which to me is priceless.

I met this company at the lowest point in my life, the end of September 2013. I was renting, told the apartment company that I need to leave after my July 2013 rental agreement was over, I was told I don't have 60days notice therefore, they won't allow me to leave. I put $2000 as security deposit due to my bad credit, told the company to put towards any misunderstandings, I was told that they will not refund my security deposit nor will they allow me to stop renting, to cut the story short, they filed eviction against me.
Sulaiman company called me to tell me that there's a public record against me,I was rejected by every leasing company, I was treated as if I have a HIV Virus.
Sulaiman Group helped me and my family in so many ways that I cannot put into words. Thank You Nathan and all the staffs.
