I am a WI resident and received a speeding ticket for 33 MPH over the limit, which is a class B misdemeanor in IL. Of course, when I researched and found this out, I was VERY stressed by what could potentially happen. Having a misdemeanor on my record could greatly impact my professional license. Martin was great at keeping me informed and letting me know realistically what my options were. I was in court for only about 10 minutes. He was able to get my case down to 15 MPH over the speed limit, court costs/fines, and supervision. I also do not have to do traffic school. I would highly recommend Martin for any speeding ticket needs!!!
A great lawyer.
I was facing 2 Class B misdemeanors. He took care of both of them keeping my record clean. I even contacted him on short notice. He still took the cases even though the court date was just 3 days away. Kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I felt his prices were quite reasonable for what I was asking of him. If you are reading this review look no further, Just call him. You can't go wrong.
Martin Samuel Lascola was an excellent Lawyer handling our case. Martin Samuel Lascola was very efficient. I believe he gave us an honest and fair value for the amount he charged. I would recommend him highly.
I was about to loose everything from my cdl license to loosing my mind until Mr Lascola was there to help he went way beyond for me he is a lawyer not out for your money but to actually care and help. Mr Lascola researched until he gets the truth and the answers he truly is the man to have on your side when in a jam .Praying I never need a lawyer again but if I do I wont be worried cause I will have Mr. Lascola backing me .Thank You again Richard Tobar
Very satisfied with the work of Mr. Lascola. He kept me very informed, and made me feel very comfortable in an otherwise uncomfortable situation. I am beyond satisfied with the results of my case. Highly recommended!
Martin successfully had my speeding ticket (20 mph over) reduced to a non-moving violation. He is prompt, professional and skilled in the courtroom. This was all necessary as I am not an Illinois resident and my court date was the day after Christmas. I highly recommend Martin and will not hesitate to call him again although I do not plan to need an attorney for traffic court in Chicago again.
I received a ticket for speeding 30 miles over the limit, which as of January 2014 is now a Class B misdemeanor. When I found out how serious it was, I retained Martin LaScola to be my legal representation. The day before my court date, Martin called to inform me that he was able to get the ticket reduced, which meant, much to my relief, my time in court would be a formality. Instead of having a misdemeanor on my record, my penalty was reduced to court supervision and paying a fine and court costs. The successful outcome was due to the experience and professionalism of Martin LaScola.
While on a temporary project in Chicago, IL, I had a lapse in judgement and was arrested for DUI. What made matters worse is that I went through a red light and was involved in an accident. Having no knowledge of the law, I took a breathalyzer and was well over the legal limit. As I was out of state, it was important that I secured a lawyer ASAP. I went through the motions of calling and meeting with several lawyers and I was instantly drawn to Martin. I felt comfortable discussing all the details of the case and he passed no judgement. He was not only very genuine but he was confident in his abilities to get me the best outcome possible. In all honesty, that was the deciding factor for me: his confidence and of course, all the great reviews I had read about him. Martin is not only very professional but he is very personable and understanding. He is well informed on the law and his experience as a state attorney definitely gave him an upper hand. Other lawyers had told me that I'd need to return to Chicago at least twice because the case would likely not be complete in the first court date but Martin was certain we could handle everything in the first court date. Other lawyers had told me that due to the details of my case, court supervision would be unlikely but Martin was confident that I could get court supervision. Upon arriving to court, Martin went to work and within 15-20 minutes, my case was finished. The traffic violations were dropped and I received court supervision. His confidence was very well justified because he produced results in my case! What I loved the most about working with Martin was the way he always made himself available to me. Whether I had questions or whether I was feeling anxious or depressed about the case, Martin was always the voice of reason and he got me to realize that it was not the end of the world. Even as I am completing the terms of my court supervision, Martin is still very much available to answer my questions and assist with whatever he can. I write this review because my experience with Martin was beyond phenomenal. Dealing with a DUI charge can be such an overwhelming experience but having a lawyer who is competent and confident can make such a huge difference. I appreciate Martin for everything that he has done for me and like I always tell him, he is worth a million dollars! Bad things happen but the best way to move forward is to tackle things head on by hiring a lawyer who can deliver. Making the choice to select an attorney can be tough but take heed to my advice: Martin will fight for you and do everything in his power to not only get positive results but to put your mind at ease. I would most definitely recommend Martin to friends and family members.
I was arrested for DUI and went looking for a attorney. I talked with 1 saying he has cheapest price for Dui, but after meeting with him did not feel good after our talk, so I went online and searched again and came across Martin Lascola and liked what I read and called to setup a meeting. At meeting I showed him all documents I had about my arrest .011 and not taking breath test at station. First thing he said he felt it was beatable by going to trial and explained why, so after listening I felt good about hiring Martin. Then he went and filed a summary suspension on my behalf so that I could drive after 30 days with a breathalyzer installed no restrictions. Went to court 2 times, 1st to file for a trial, 2nd for trial in front of judge. Martin kept me informed about how he felt about the judges emotions and said if he did feel good about him that maybe we should seek a continuance, if I agreed. My case was set aside by judge till all the other cases were called, in the meantime Martin said he felt good about judge and I too felt the same and said lets get it done today. After almost 3 hours sitting there finally getting called(last 1 there). I sat at the table and watched and listened as the officer was called and states attorney questioned him, then it was Martins turn and I was amazed at how much he knew about proper procedure on field test. He had officer stumbling on his answers, which made me feel that a good outcome could come. After state rested I waited for the judges decision and Martin said he felt good also and we were right with a Not Guilty verdict. Martin was so good that another attorney came up to him asked if he could contact him for advice. When this first happened I was very worried, but after hiring Martin I was able to relax a bit.
Thanks Again Martin.
Martin provided great legal services through my DUI trial. He was always responsive with any questions or concerns I had. He offered his opinion, but allowed me to make final decisions. On top of all that he won the case for me. A great lawyer all around!
