I consulted a few different attorneys before making my decision to hire Martin. I'm very happy with my decision of hiring Martin. He knew what he was doing. I was able to tell he had experience from the preliminary consultation and it showed throughout the case. Thanks for all your help Martin!

The choice to contact Mr. Lascola in regards to my speeding ticket was the best choice I could have made. From the very beginning, Martin explained more process details than expected and presented them in an easy way to understand. He was very easy to talk to and answered each of my questions without me feeling brushed off. His strategy was highly effective with a positive conclusion.

I contacted Mr. Lascola after I got a speeding ticket which was bad enough to be a misdemeanor. Mr Lascola prepared a mitigation packet and managed to get the violation reduced to a petty offense with only a few days of community service. Throughout the whole case he was extremely responsive and helpful and the outcome was best one possible!! I would definitely recommend Mr. Lascola, he did an outstanding job handling my case.

Anyone who has been in a situation that requires an attorney knows it can be extremely stressful, and from the outset Martin was a calming influence. He explained my situation, my options, and what I could expect next in this overwhelming process.
Once we entered in to the defense stage he laid out strategies and how we would best represent my interests. He was constantly available and never made me feel silly for asking many questions. As the case moved toward a conclusion his knowledge and diligence saved what could have been a career/life ending defeat into a victory. I can't begin to thank him enough and I highly recommend him to any and all who might need an attorney to help them.

My case was ticket for excessive speeding (35+ over). Under IL law it was possible class A misdemeanor punishable up to 1 year in jail. We have agreed fee for his services and what was supposed to be 2-times court appearances turned into 5 courts. I have numerous tickets on my MVR from few years ago and Mr. Lascola always looked out for whats best for my interests - delaying case if judge seemed unfavorable or irritated while never asking for more money. In the end class A misdemeanor charge was turned into just a petty offense and I was given a probation. Even judge said that I was lucky to have Mr. Lascola as my attorney. He's definitely the best I've encountered in all of my court appearings. Great attorney, quick communications, reputable, knowledgable. Words "Lawyer" and "Honest" do not go together. Mr. Martin Lascola proved it wrong! Thank you!

I do not live in Illinois and needed a local attorney for a moving traffic violation. After an online review of attorneys in the Chicago area and making several phone calls to the same, I chose Martin Lascola.
I was extremely pleased with my decision. Martin did everything he said he would do in a timely manner. He was very professional, attentive and kept me informed at all times.
The results he obtained exceeded my expectations, I could not have hoped for a better result.
I highly recommend Martin and when I am in the Chicago area I plan to meet him in person. He is not only a great attorney, he is personable and it was a pleasure to do business with him.
Choosing Martin - No regrets!!!

My case was one in which I received a large ticket and criminal charge for driving with a suspended license that I was not aware of. This suspended license was noticed when I was pulled over for speeding, for which I also received a ticket. I explained the situation to Martin over the phone and he immediately got started with the case. By the time I got to court, Martin had already wiped out both charges, making it so the only fee I had to pay was legal and there were no tickets to pay. Martin even lowered the price for me. The whole process was painless and I strongly recommend Martin to anyone else who is found driving with a suspended license.

I was charged a few months ago with my first (and last) DUI. I had no idea what to do, but started researching attorneys online (perhaps like you are if you're reading this). After speaking to several of them, I gave Martin a call based on his reviews from Avvo. Immediately Martin instilled much more confidence in his abilities than the other attorneys did, and I hired him on the spot. I am now mostly done with the legal end of it (Cook County), and Martin did not disappoint. Below are a few highlights.
- Martin has a lot of experience and it shows. He knows the system, the process, and will tell you what to expect
- Martin seems to know the players in the system. I noticed this in his reviews on Avvo and found it to be true in my case. Obviously this can be helpful in negotiations and with the overall approach he takes
- Martin is EXTREMELY responsive. Whether by phone, text, or email, I usually heard back from him immediately... no matter what time of day / holiday, etc. This stands out as being one of the best parts of my experience with Martin. When I was freaking out or had a question, he was right there to answer.
Overall, this is not a fun thing to go through. However, I believe that Martin gave me the best possible outcome. I won't go into details, but he did help my case significantly and made the whole process a lot more bearable for me. Definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a good DUI attorney.

Martin was the best lawyer for this job. Hired him because of past reviews and I'm glad I did. Was found not guilty on a DUI charge where I did not blow and was unable to take field sobriety tests because of a personal injury. Would highly recommend to anyone and every one dealing with a DUI case.
