After deciding that we needed to explore bankruptcy as a possible option for us, we made an appointment & met with Mr. Schneider a few days later. Mr. Schneider explained to us the bankruptcy process & suggested the best course of action based on our circumstances.. He thoroughly answered all our questions, which were many. The consultation lasted about an hour & was free, no charge. We hired Mr. Schneider a few weeks later when we were ready to file. His fee was reasonable, fair & in line with other bankruptcy attorneys.
We've just recently completed our bankruptcy, successfully discharged a substantial amount of unsecured credit card debt & our case has been closed. Our fresh start is now beginning. We're forever grateful to Mr. Schneider for guiding us through this difficult time in our life.

If you are looking for an attorney that really cares and will go out of his way, then call Mr. Schneider. Like all people I never thought bankruptcy was in my future but it did happen. After using the wrong attorney to start with I found Mr. Schneider and everything got easier. I was in the process of losing my home. The trustee had already hired a real estate agency to list my home. The real estate agency Ralph Roberts, made it clear that I had no hope of saving my home. Less than 1 week later after hiring Mr. Schneider my home was taken off the market and the for sale came down. Not only did he save my home, he is actually going after money that I over paid to my first attorney. Mr. Schneider's office staff was always helpful and Mr. Schneider always returned my calls if I had questions. If I had questions for my first attorney that I used I would maybe get a call back from his office staff but he was apparently to busy. I will tell everyone that I know to call this attorney if you are going through a bankruptcy. I found that going through the bankruptcy process is draining and difficult enough so you need somebody on your side. Thanks to Mr Schneider I will continue to live in the home that I have lived in for 14 years and the future is looking up.

Mr Schneider is a very effective attorney. He knows every facet of the bankruptcy law and tailors that knowledge to you and your issues. He has been very helpful and brought insight into handling problems as we struggled with compound issues. He is very practical and that can come across as cold at first but i can testify that no one can get the job done the way he can.

Ive used Mr Schneider two times in my life for the purpose of chapter 7 bankruptcy, I'm not proud of it, but due to circumstances that have happened to me, I had no other choice. Mr. Scheider assisted us with filing bankruptcy over the summer. He was quick and got the job done. He is a very knowledgable lawyer who knows what hes doing and can smell BS a mile away from creditors. Our car was illegally reposessed during our time of waiting for our meeting with the creditors. Mr. Schneider himself called on our behalf demanding our rights be recognized and our vehicle was returned that same day, I hope we never have to file again for obvious reasons but if we did it would be through him. We more than appreciate his and his firms services and will highly recommend him to anyone.

Charles Schneider is a very good & considerate lawyer. His staff is very considerate and do not look down on you. The people at the front desk have been wonderful too talk to and understand what a family is going thru, Its like they ease your fear of what may happen. Mr. Schneider is excellent in client case assesment, in my case to avoid bankrupcy and settle my debt, he has powerfull negotiating skills. He has a well trained staff team that helps him to be efficient on time. his charges are very reasonable, he exceeded my expectations with the results and the amount of time to settle the case.
