Description: Mr. Wieland was convicted of several crimes related to a robbery and murder at a convenience store. Greg Bowes convinced the Indiana Supreme Court that some of the convictions violated the Indiana Constitution's protections against double jeopardy. The Court reduced the sentence by 20 years.
