I was pulled over and charged with an OVI on the Friday night of Labor Day weekend. Amazingly, Mr. Quinn called me early that morning, and we met over the holiday to review the case and plan for Tuesday which truly gave me piece of mind, since I was so nervous due to the holiday and finding representation.
This was my second alcohol related offense. While not a prior OVI, this still was a factor, and there could have been escalating penalties. Due to this fact, the prosecutor was extremely reluctant to make a plea, and it was an understatement, that they were not making anything about this easy.
Mr Quinn, actually managed to get the entire case DISMISSED on the many merits of the stop. However, the prosecutor re-filed charges against me, leaving off the charges that led to the dismissal in the first place, and only charged me with the OVI. Well, Pat did not go for that. He had told me that this could happen. However, he fought just as hard, if not harder on this second go around on the same case. I could not be happier with the outcome. It was reduced to a physical control, Zero points and only a total of a three month suspension which I had long since served. Pat fought so hard and I truly love his NEVER quit attitude. Your in good hands
I had a first time legal problem, several charges including a charge of OVI. Once I looked into the severity of consequences facing me I knew I needed an attorney. Pat is a long time attorney in this area so I recognized his name. Within hours of my first call to his office he was sitting in my living room explaining what I was up against and what he'd do to fight the charges. He was confident he could help and I believed him. He filed motions to get my driving privileges back. Then we had to go to court several times. Each time he handled everything personally. At my final hearing the judge remarked that Pat had fought hard on my behalf. The end result? Some fines, court costs and no points against my license. Every case is different. But that's what Pat did for me. Plus, his fees are competitive.
Patrick was very knowledgeable in his field, and honest when answering questions. The outcome of the case came almost exactly as he described the first time I spoke with him, before he even read my full file or spoke with a prosecutor. He negotiated my dual hit skip, obstruction of justice and high tier OVI down to a low tier and failure to control. Without him I am sure I would be sitting in a cell right now.
He is approachable and made me feel like I was in good hands the whole way through the process. He understands that good people make bad decisions, and does not hold that over your head. He is very networked in the area, and seems to rub elbows with the right people.
The only negative thing I can say is he was not able to make it to my final day in court. BUT he had just started a jury trial and was required to be there for that, AND sent a very qualified and knowledgeable lawyer in his stead.
Overall Patrick turned a terrible situation into a bearable one. If i could describe Mr. Quinn in three words i would use: Experienced, Trustworthy and Omniscient
I was pulled over in Oct for OVI and blew a high tier test. I made the initial error of going to my arraignment hearing without counsel and without true knowledge almost plead guilty thinking there was nothing I could do anyway. Long story short I plead not guilty and decided to contact a lawyer who was recommended to me by a friend. After three days of receiving no calls back from this lawyer I decided to look at this site which is where I found Pat. From his reviews and portfolio I decided to email him and it was the best decision I made in this case. He not only called me back immediately but met me the next day and we got started. Everything Pat said he could reasonably promise came true. He also told me the different approaches he could use to fight my case. Throughout the three pre-trials that followed Pat fought my case with professionalism and expertise. He was always available for questions and makes you feel more valued to him than just a client. Pat could have easily gotten my case finished on the courts terms in my opinion but he fought and used every avenue possible that resulted in my charges being reduced and a result way exceeding what I could have imagined. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off if more shoulders and it's because I trusted the right person for the job. In closing Pat is obviously very well respected in court and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a solid, professional, and talented attorney. I am extremely thankful to him.
I was arrested for a DUI and an underage drinking. What started off with an outcome of suspended license for years, a 457$ fee to get my license back, 6 points on my license resulted in 2 points on my license, court fines, and charged with traffic violations instead of a DUI and underage and one month with suspended license. Without him I would be in debt, and would not be able to pursue my career in the medical field. He basically saved my life. Quinn is well known and very good with the judges. If you think something is impossible, have Quinn as your lawyer and he will do the impossible. Most lawyers say what they can do for you, and do not obtain results, but Patrick told me what he could do and he did nothing less. I am very thankful and whoever else has Quinn represent them will be also.
I was charged with a DUI and domestic violence. Everything was dropped to physical control. I am in the oil field profession so my career would have been damaged. Mr.Quinn also represented my girlfriend in the domestic dispute ,her charges were dismissed. My girlfriend is going through a sensitive time in her life and he was able to give her some information and advice to help her through this. I would highly recommend Mr.Quinn in any case. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Thank you Mr. Quinn
Pat was an excellent attorney and from day one of my case he was prepared with a variety of strategies by which to approach my case. Despite coming to him with a tough case he fought vociferously from start all the way through the last mile. If you're looking for an attorney who's highly knowledgeable, an excellent strategist, and will fight the whole way through, I can highly recommend Pat Quinn.
Mr. Quinn is very knowledgeable about DUI/OVI law with many years of experience. Friendly with prosecutors and magistrates, he handled my OVI case well, getting it reduced to a much lesser sentence. Although I would have preferred he kept me a little more informed as to the status of my case, in the end, he did a nice job. He is also very familiar with field tests, police procedures, and the different kinds of breathalizers.
I was charged with a DUI and Pat was very helpful in getting my case reduced to a Physical Control charge, all within a matter of 6 weeks. He was very informative throughout the whole process and kept me informed about what I could expect every step of the way. He appeared to be well respected my the Judge and Prosecutor and was well prepared while at court and knew EXACTLY what he was doing. I would recommend Pat to anyone needing an attorney to represent them, he's the best of the best.
I was pulled over for ovi earlier this year and wasn't sure how to handle the situation. After looking frantically on the internet I was able to find Pat and its a good thing I did. He assured me he would do everything in his power to protect my record even with the unsure evidence against me. I was able to plead my case down because of he knowledge and intuition if you're in a similar situation I was definitely contact him.
