Description:This case against the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nashville alleged outrageous conduct of the Diocese concerning its conduct after it became aware that a priest had sexually abused young men. The case was originally dismissed by the trial judge, but the Tennessee Supreme Court said that the abuse victims had stated a valid legal claim against the Diocese.
