My husband and I hired Martin Law Firm for two different cases and Liridona Sinani handled one of them, which was a breach of contract case. I was so impressed by her professional knowledge and dedication to her work; she really put 150% into our case. Although she is a young attorney, she has the assertiveness and the drive to get the best results for her clients. From the very beginning, she analyzed the case, did the research, informed us of the possible options, and gave us her advice on what we should do. We pursued her advice and, through her negotiation, the case was resolved with minimal time and costs to us. We could not be happier at the results. She has a warm personality when communicating with her clients but could be very aggressive when fighting for their rights. It was my second time hiring Martin Law Firm and thanks to Liridona, I will not hesitate to recommend her or her firm to anyone I know.

"I am beyond thankful for Liridona Sinani in helping me with my divorce case. It has been a challenging time, however, with the help of this attorney, I managed to get through it. She listened to what I wanted and made it happen- it was as simple as that. Her strength, generosity, and professional actions toward the whole process impressed me. My daughter and I, are in a much better position in life because of this lawyer. Liridona will give her best efforts to do a wonderful job if hired because she has truly taken the time to learn and master her field. Her brilliant dedication paid off in the end with a happy and peaceful client."

Met with her, thouroughly explained the case and the intransigence of opposition. She was hell bent on attempting negotiation, which already had been tried and failed. Five days later, with no communication with me since original consult, she had her secretary email me a resignation letter and charging me 25% of my $2500 retainer. She claimed an appeal not possible, even after I showed her the draft another lawyer prepared. If its not cookie cutter law, she is not up to the job.

I have hired Liridona twice. Once for my divorce and once for an alimony case. She won both cases. I couldn't have found a better attorney. She was very informative, and always made me feel like she understood what I was going through. She responded back to me right away, anytime I called or emailed her with questions. She always made me feel like she was more then an attorney. I will recommend her to anyone who needs an attorney.

I was very nervous about our initial meeting , Liridona was very understanding and friendly. I went to her with a short time to prepare for court. She made me feel comfortable with the process. She did an outstanding job. I would recommend her to anyone that needs help with family law.

My lawyer Ms. Sinani prepared a prenuptual agreement for me. I was extremely impressed by how thorough she was. Additionally, she ensured that I was informed of current laws regarding marital agreements. Liridona informed me of the legalities but allowed me to use the facts to come up with my own decision for what I wanted on the prenuptual agreement. I found her to be trustworthy. Liridona had my best interest in mind. Futhermore, she responded to my questions in a timely manner and was readily available when I needed her. I would certainly lean on her expertise for any other legal matters that I may have. I will definitely recommend her to others.

I hired the Martin law firm to get custody of my teenage son. I had "visitation" and my ex-wife had "full custody" (2005 divorce case). Liridona and Mr Martin were able to not only win the case, but they also got me full custody and now my ex-wife OWES me back child support!!!
This case was more like an "abandonment" case in my opinion. My ex-wife did not have any contact with the child for about 9-10 months and provided zero money to help pay for his expenses. It may sound like a "slam dunk" case since the ex-wife has had no contact with the child for that long, but it's not. You have to prove that there is a "substantial change in circumstances" related to the child's well being...and that's not easy for a father.
Liridona and Mr Martin documented everything and made sure she was served in person several times, as the court process went along. When it came time to go to court, there was no way my ex-wife would be able to say she didn't know about the court date. Also, during this long court process they kept me informed about the case by email or phone and took good care of me during this stressful time.
When time came to go to court, they prepared me for the stand and we knocked it out the park. After 8 years of dealing with my ex-wife...it's all over...and it's all due to Liridona and Mr Martin. I'm free at last and my son is doing great!!!
