Outcome: Not Guilty Jury Verdict after six week trial

Description: Client was captain of the freighter Yalta registered in Panama. The crew was instructed to take on 3.5 tons of cocaine in the Carribean at night, by my client. The vessell Yalta was detained by the United States Coast Guard and the British Navy. Defense presented that client was a victim of the Eastern European and Columbian drug cartels and the American war on drugs.
