She failed to send the paper work required by EEOC.
She failed to send the paper work that was required by EEOC and my case was closed by EEOC and she didn't know. I found out about the situation after going to EEOC to check my complain status. Later she didn't answer my request to return at least part of the fee I paid to retain her.
