Jamie Proctor handled my chapter 7 case 6 months ago with such knowledge and efficiency that my fears and concerns about filing bankruptcy were completely put to rest. She is the best lawyer I have ever retained and I highly recommend Jamie. Her staff is also very helpful and friendly. My credit is already on the path to recovery. Thank you Jamie!

Jamie handled my chapter 13 case with knowledge and efficiency. I would highly recommend this lawyer not only because of the quality of her work but because she is a very nice person and a good listener. She really has the client's best interests in mind.

Jamie filed Chapter 13 for me and saved my home, my car and my life! She is very well respected by the courts and her peers. I highly recommend her for anyone with debt problems and especially if you are behind on house or car payments.

I believe that since Jamie handles so many bankruptcies with such positive results that she realized the clients' feelings, however she does have a psychology degree and probably knows the quicker she gets you through this process the quicker you will feel better. When I voiced my concerns about her demeanor towards me with a friend, I was told that is the way she is and that she is an extremely good bankruptcy attorney. I now know she is a very good attorney. She even called me on the Sunday before my creditors' meeting on Monday to go over everthing with her. She did very good and I highly recommend her. Just like any attorney, you listen to what they have to say and you must trust that attorney.
