Description: Client was stopped in traffic on his motorcycle. Defendant SUV crossed center line, driving motorcycle into another SUV. Client's foot was partially amputated in the accident itself. Doctors tried to save the ankle, but 12 days later his leg was amputated below the knee. Defense used accident reconstruction expert to argue that plaintiff had crossed into Defendant's lane. Plaintiff's expert testified that is not what happened. Tire marks did not match defense theory. Jury found 100% fault on the defendant.
