I endorse Mr. Pollard. His analysis of non-compete clauses is especially thoughtful and balanced. He communicates effectively and addresses all of the significant factors that come into play, and does so with a commitment to the values of fairness and justice that are vital to any legal system, but frequently are difficult to find in its practitioners.
