Best Bankruptcy Attorney in South Florida

Over a four-year period of unfortunate incidents, we found ourselves being swallowed by our overwhelming finances. We never wanted to have to resort to filing bankruptcy. It wasn’t something we wanted to do, but it was inevitable. Sometimes bad things happen to good people. Two different atto...rneys affiliated with my brother’s firm recommended Michael Hoffman and said he was the best bankruptcy attorney in South Florida. From my first call to Michael I knew he was a consummate professional with an excellent knowledge of the federal bankruptcy laws and the Florida statutes as it relates to them. He was accessible, professional, patient, and advisory. When we met with Michael in person he explained the process and took the time to answer all our questions, and concerns. The plan to file Chapter 13 was realized and the process began. Going forward Michael, and his staff were available to assist us with any question related to the documents they required from us, so they could prepare the petition to the bankruptcy court. Once Michael filed with the court, about a month later we went before the Trustee, accompanied by Michael, and all went as Michael had described. Recently we received notice our Chapter 13 has been accepted by the court. Since receiving that news, we feel like we can breathe again, free from the worry and uncertainty of our financial future. This all happened without a glitch thanks to Michael’s professionalism and expertise, along with his qualified staff. He knows the court system and how this works. He didn’t let us down. I find him trustworthy, competent, and as his referrers stated, the best bankruptcy attorney in South Florida.

The Best Bankruptcy Attorney Ever!

Michael Hoffman’s legal expertise and strategical intelligence gave me my life back. I never thought I would ever have to file bankruptcy – especially at my age, but after a few bad business decisions, there was no other option. Michael Hoffman made this extremely difficult time in my life more pa...latable. His team was extremely competent and thorough and walked me through the entire process. The amazing part of this is that another attorney tried instilling fear in me about my financial situation and told me that certain things couldn’t be done. A friend of mine connected me with Michael Hoffman and after talking with him, I fired the other attorney. Michael was able to make all the things the other attorney said couldn’t happen come to fruition. Through this situation I learned that you must hire an attorney that specializes in his craft – they are not all created equally. Michael Hoffman is hands down the best.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Mr. Hoffman helped me through a very trying and confusing time. His knowledge, insight and responsiveness was responsible for making my case as go very smoothly. Mr. Hoffman accomplished for me exactly what I needed him to. I am so grateful To have worked with him. Now, some eight years after s...aid case, another related legal item has cropped up and is causing me distress, confusion and potentially a large sum of money. Compassionate Care and Guidance

Our family was part of the 2008 financial bubble. Gas prices went up to $4+ per gallon and our credit cards tripled their monthly minimum payment. I was commuting over 100 miles for work daily and on weekends. Our family made 6 figures net yet could not put food on the table. We decided to go into st...rategic default and pay off our creditors one at a time, however our home needed a sudden AC repair to avoid black mold infestation. We had no credit so we used the money that would have gone to 3 mortgage payments to buy a new AC. One thing led to another including banks not wanting to help us recover, creditors stopped negotiating with us and my employment dropped to part-time.
