Outcome: Not Guilty

Description: Client was arrested for DUI in Miami after being clocked at 93 miles per hour. Case was taken to trial. At trial it came out through evidence found by defense counsel that the roadsides were conducted on a hilly surface and that independent witnesses "saw" a different result than the arresting officer. The jury came back with a verdict of not guilty.
