Attorney Freidin is a pompous arrogant buffoon, more concerned about talking down to those around him, then being a compassionate advocate for his injured client. In my case, he was seriously lacking in knowledge about a key element in the law. Despite the fact, I pointed out his error, regarding this legal issue, due to his pretentious attitude, he refused to accept my input. I was forced to hire another attorney, at my cost, to educate him on the law. He has simply ignored my request to cover this additional cost despite the fact he took 40% of a multiple six figure settlement. Apparently his greed far out-weighed his duty to his client. I wouldn’t hire him to handle a small claims case.
