Rene Julian Garcia Jr.

René J. García Jr. has been professionally involved in the sales, valuation, and finance of both residential and commercial real estate in South Florida since 1998. Most recently, in 2005- René founded the boutique law firm of Garcia & Associates PL, having served as the firm’s managing member since its inception. As such, René manages the operations and administrative aspect of the firm, as well as handling cases and projects for the practice’s transactional real estate and corporate litigation clients. His practice also involves consulting services with respect to leisure and entertainment law, corporate governance and law, and business affairs matters for the firm’s established clients. René is a member in good standing of both the Florida Bar and Washington D.C. Bar.

As an agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, one of the largest and most established title insurance groups in the United States, René has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions across the State of Florida and the United States; also serving as lead counsel in dozens of civil matters before the County, Circuit, and Appellate courts of Miami-Dade County and the State of Florida.

René obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Miami, having graduated in only three years, while a member of the University’s nationally acclaimed football team. René received his Jurist Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law.

René is proud of his community involvement, serving as President of the Coconut Grove Chapter of Rotary International. He is also a Director of the Dade County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section; as well as Director of Alfalit, Inc.

René enjoys film and travel in his spare time and resides in a suburb of Miami known as Westchester with his wife Maday and daughters- Claire and Chloe. His office is located in downtown Miami.
