Knows Traffic Court like the back of his hand

Mr. Masters helped my 14 year old daughter when she got a moving violation driving her golf cart in Viera, FL. Points on her future license would have delayed her getting her driver’s license and it would have increased our insurance considerably. Mr. Masters was able to plea it down to where we paid... a small fine and there would be no lasting repercussions. His office staff is friendly and prompt with their replies and Mr. Masters is very professional and knowledgeable of the law. You can tell he is well respected in the courthouse by the judges, court staff and even the prosecuting attorneys. I highly recommend Mr. Masters.

Definitely recommended!!

Attorney Masters represented me in a mortgage foreclosure case. When I couldn't refinance, he successfully negotiated a deal with the bank that allowed me to stay in my home for many months hand then walk away free of the mortgage debt. I am retired, and Attorney Masters gave me much needed peace... of mind

Reliable, Prepared and Efficent

I am an attorney and I have used Mr. Masters several times over the years to cover hearings that I was unable to attend. He has always proven to be very reliable, prepared and efficient with his work. I will use him again - he is a good guy!!

Outstanding attorney and very professional

I strongly recommend attorney Randol Tracy Masters who is based in Melbourne,Florida for anyone who needs legal help. He is highly compassionate, helpful and attentive to his clients legal information needs. He has been very quick to respond to my inquiries and provided advice and counsel. My entire... experience with Mr.Randol Tracy Masters has been very pleasant. Everything has been done in a timely manner and very thorough. Many attorneys do not respond or keep regular business hours. Mr. Randol Tracy Masters has been responsive over the weekends and sometimes even late at night. In short, I have never seen an attorney work so hard, efficient, and friendly. My case was handled with expertise and a caring manner. I was kept informed at all times and matters were patiently explained to me so that I had a full understanding of every step of the process.

Do NOT use this attorney on a HOA case

I lived in a gated mobile home park that rented the lot that my home was on. The park was responsible for watering the lots. The park stopped watering the lots claiming they were making repairs to the system. This went on for over two years with the HOA monthly news letter saying it would be compl...eted soon.. I started paying only 75% of the lot rent because all my plants and the grass died. The HOA sued me for the full amount of rent. I provided MR. Masters three large 3-Ring binders with photos and the HOA news letters, and testimony of neighbors to corroborate my claim. At trial the HOA had a contractor who was supposedly was repairing the irrigation system over the past 2 1/2 years (he was rarely there doing any work). He testified that the long delay was caused by "residence stealing parts". Anyone familiar with Florida irrigation systems would readily know he was lying. Mr. Masters never even crossed examined the lying contractor HOA. The judge was going on vacation so he requested parties to give him their evidence without a lot of paperwork. Mr. Masters turned in my three 3-Ring binders FULL of evidence. I lost the case due to Mr. Masters incompetence. Do not recommend using this lawyer who was more concerned about impressing his female paralegal with his baseball performance at the annual attorney baseball game than my legal needs

A lawyer's duty to keep client confidences has few exceptions, and in an abundance of caution I do not feel at liberty to respond to George's comments in a point by point fashion in this forum. Suffice it to say that I do not believe that George's post presents a fair and accurate picture of the transpired events. I remain very proud of my track record of client satisfaction and favorable results, and do cherish opportunities to raise funds for local charities through participation in activities organized by county bar associations.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
