I have lived in Brevard County since 2004, when I started practicing law as an Assistant Public Defender. I worked for the Public Defender's Office for a year, and did more jury trials in that time than I can remember. After a year I left the Public Defender's Office to start my own practice, and began by representing small businesses and real estate developers. As the real estate economy in Florida began to crumble, so did many of my clients' businesses and development plans. As I grew with my clients, trying to help them weather the storm, my practice transformed. I still help people set up small businesses and protect their personal assets, but the majority of my time these days is spent defending people facing foreclosure, helping them save their property through bankruptcy reorganization and loan modification, or helping them discharge their debts so they can move forward with a fresh start.
I live in North Merritt Island near a nature preserve with my wife and son, our beagle Pepper who is constantly sniffing her way into trouble, and countless snakes, wild boar, and spiders that look like something out of a science fiction movie. In our spare time we enjoy Brevard County's natural recreation, including the beaches, birding trails, and lagoons.

Had someone fraud me and I won in court. Was looking for him to help enforce judgement and collection. Felt confident after talking with and hiring him but then never heard from them again unless I constantly e-mailed. Never recovered anything. I think all they did was file one document with the ...

This was my first time filing bankruptcy with simple consumer debt. Upon walking in, Mr. Faro first starts out with an interview to get an idea of where your money is now and what assets you may have.
