He asked me to post to avvo and then hit with a big bill. Grabbed my papers from me and did not return them when I asked. No explanation of why he would proceed to arbitration, which would cost a client much more than asking for Judge to hear.
Did not even discuss which arbitrator would be beat. Seemed to like opposing council, saying " he was a nice guy".
I had to retrieve my own copy of co tract which he already had and then he charged money, I think 50.00 to copying them, when he knew he already had.
His billing was the most honest until after the mediation and then it was excessive, charged me for other attorney canceling the mediation date. This is just an example of his change.
I wondered why there were no recent reviews and now I think It's know. Well versed in foreclosure, not so much in other areas.
I hired another attorney so back to square one after paying him over 3k.
He took my own copies of the actual contract and the forged one at the Mediation and explained, when I asked for them back, that he had them at his office. I knew that but they were my copies. Had to send someone to retrieve them from his office. This raised a red flag.
Just be careful.
Preston is wonderful to deal with. We came together with a plan and adjusted it to the desired outcome as time passed. He has helped me with multiple situations with positive outcomes.
He was successful in having default set aside and his billing is very very honest! The case is sadly ongoing as other side offered ridiculous demands. So, as far as having default other side filed, set aside he was successful.
The next step was , I think, mediation which I'm not sure the purpose was as mediator said she had no authority, I was in a ton of pain from shoulder strain, so I'm not sure what the pulpose was.He encouraged me to settle and so we tried but their counter was in silly land.

I hired him to answer a threat to sue me on a landlord/tenant contract. He gave options to me..one of which was to " let it go". This was absolutely the correct option and by him presenting this, I am sure both myself and my building were saved from harm.
There are very few attorneys whom would even mention this as an option as it meant no case for him if I choose this. This attorney is remarkable and I wish him huge success.

As a licensed realtor, there are many times that I need to turn to legal counsel for clients' questions. Preston is always there to take the time to help.
He goes out of his way to keep me informed of the latest real estate happenings, affecting the sellers involved in short sales and foreclosures. I can always depend on Preston to handle the clients, that I refer, with courtesy and respect for their position, while educating them on their options. I always get good feedback on him.

I had a complicated, long drawn out case and hired Preston after my first attorney had already messed several things up. Preston brought himself up to speed very quickly and offered many options to bring my case to a close. I just wish I had found and hired him from the beginning. I believe my case would have had an even better outcome! It was a real estate litigation case.
