It is my great pleasure to provide this review of my Estate Planning Attorney Amanda Lynch Elliott. Ms. Elliott is an intellectually-bright and very personable lawyer. During my first visit to the My Pink Lawyer office I witnessed Ms. Elliott’s positive interactions with professional staff. I susp...ect her work productivity, maturity and polish may have rubbed off on others in their law office. In our initial meeting she did a lot of "purposeful listening." This was very important! We discussed my responses to the Overview of Estate Plan which outlined my assets, advanced directives and in my case a revocable living trust as an “end-of-life” strategy or plan. In addition, she contacted my financial advisor regarding beneficiaries. Ms. Elliott did do more than just go through the motions as evidenced by her commitment to explore all avenues pertinent to my estate plan. She was very thorough! In fact, a strong work ethic was quite manifest as we developed my "action plan” in a timely fashion. That lead to me signing the final documents with peace of mind. Now I am able to avoid probate court by having an estate plan in place when my time comes. I’ve prepared for long-term care, planned for power of attorney and a healthcare proxy. Finally, Ms. Elliott seems to be self-motivated, highly dependable, and possesses exceptional interpersonal finesse. I am confident that I now have a customized estate plan whereby my wishes will be carried out, assets distributed to those chosen and probate court avoided.
