Description: Ms. P. had (has) a special needs child with extreme medical expenses and father in context of divorce was unwilling to pay appropriate portion of expenses which included day care. This amount exceeded normal support. After several months of educating the Court on the child's condition in hearing after hearing full custody was awarded to mother with appropriate support and reimbusement of $ 10,000 of her attorney's fees.
