Arbitration is the process where the parties get together in a semi-formal environment and an unbiased, experienced third-party trained retired lawyer or judge tries to resolve the party's differences in order to settle all or some of the dispute. There is a fee, but its cheap overall.

Child custody is one of the touchiest, most emotionally-charged areas of Family Law for anyone to handle. There are times the parties can work together and others when they're at each other's throats. I have handled virtually every scenario known. Call someone who's "been there-done that."
