My husband and I went to Fogle Law for assistance after we got married and needed to file a change of status. The team at Fogle Law was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and supportive. They helped us get through the mounds of paperwork and forms, kept everything organized and efficient and communicated with us through the entire process. On the day of our green card interview our lawyer was there with us. Everything was approved and went through flawlessly. It was a great experience having a law firm that will work you through all the way to get your immigration problems resolved, especially if the application has been messed up at initial stage.
The problem started around 2002 with first lawyer that handled my employment authorization application which led to the denial and cancellation of my visiting visa and eventually deported.
Fogle law firm was introduced to me by a friend, and the firm has been handling my entire family immigration papers to the point when our green card was approved.

Glenn worked with us for several years during a difficult immigration issue. He was direct and provided valuable information throughout the process. During an especially difficult period, he made himself available personally (even when sick with the flu!) to help try to secure release from detention for a relative. Not only did Glenn help me get out, he fought my case all the way the 11th circuit court and won. We had a very difficult case that other immigration attorneys said nothing could be done. However, Mr. Fogle and his law firm were to obtain a successful result and get the case granted after it had been initially denied. Excellent work, great law firm that achieves real results.

Mr. Fogle is an excellent immigration lawyer--I believe one of the top immigration lawyers around. He obtained my step-father's green card and citizenship and my step-father can hardly speak English! He has helped a number of my friends and my mother's friends with their green cards, visa and prevented them from being deported. He has one more Immigration law cases in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit than any other attorney and sued the Department of Homeland Security numerous times and forced them to do what they are supposed to do. He is honest, hard working and not intimidated by Immigration. He has a great team of lawyers and support staff at his firm too. If you have an immigration issue or problem I would highly recommend his firm.

I would NOT recommend Mr. Fogle. During my pending immigration status after marriage to a US citizen (B1 to green card) I had a planned business and private trip to my home country (Germany) with my husband. Until our departure date,my travel document had not arrived. Mr. Fogle assured us,that I should not cancel the trip, because the travel document is only delayed and he will send it to me, and I would only need it for my return.He had done this a hundred times before. So we left. Well-the travel document never came. Closer to our return date Mr. Fogle was not responsive to our calls. We had no chance to find out what happened and what we need to do. My husband had to leave without me to go back to the US. After 4 weeks! we found out (not from Mr. Fogle), but US CIS...My travel document was denied because I left the country. Our lawyer should have known these consequences. My husband had to move to Germany to be with me and we had to refile for GC from there, it took 7months. (plus $$$ for loss of income, new lawyer etc.) I regret that I never wrote a complaint to the BAR. We were too busy to get through the process and just were not able to deal with his name. I wrote a letter to his office once, explaining, what they had put us through and how much cost we had. We did not even receive an apology - of course not, because he would not even commit, that he had done something terribly irresponsible.
