Jim represented me during my divorce and also with creating a will. He kept me informed and provided excellent service. He is an outstanding lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone needing an excellent lawyer.

Mr. Whitlock handled my DUI case as well as could as be expected considering the circumstances. He handled my case in Sandy Springs Georgia Municiple Court.
As he says on his Websight (Jimwhitlock.com), he will represent You as if he were representing a member of his own family. He has been handling DUI cases since 1977 and is quite knowledgable of the nuances of Georgia law. I would highly recommend Jim if you find yourself in this situation.

You will not find a better, more respected man to represent you in a court of law. Jim represented me in several DUI cases over a span of 15+ years. I found him to be very precise to the law standards, helping and guiding me through the pre-trial, hearings and sentencing, and going the extra mile to help me reach bond. He has gone as far to take me to court personally and represented me in other counties outside of his own. I have recommended him to several of my friends and will do so in the future. Although I now reside in the state of Alabama, I have still reached out to Jim on legal matters and he has in return given me the guidance I sought. To this day I still remain in contact with Jim through emails off and on, as he is and always will be a Good Friend to me.
