Mr. Jackson gave good tips and advice during my divorce. He was very knowledgeable and professional. The outcome of my divorce was better than I expected. He continues to provide advice when needed. The only issue I have is that I don't think his administrative staff is very knowledgeable nor are they helpful. It is sometimes hard to get Mr. Jackson on the phone however I do know he is in court a lot. Since you have to deal with this staff on occasion, it would be nice if his staff was more knowledgeable and could provide answers to simple questions. Other than that, I was very satisfied with Mr. Jackson’s services.

I always have complete confidence in Mr. Jackson and his abilities as my attorney. He is not only extremely skilled in his craft; he is also a fine person. When you hire Mr. Jackson, you get an attorney who is both very knowledgeable and very caring. He is always prepared when he represents me and never fails to keep me informed on anything he feels relevant to my case.

I first met Mr. Jackson in 2009. I was a very distraught grandmother trying to muddle through the system to protect my 1 year old grandson, as he was in a particularly dangerous and neglected home situation. From day one, Mr. Jackson was at my side through what would be the next 3 years of the biggest rollercoaster ride of my life. He was always prepared to do what he felt was in the best interest of the child. He always took the time to explain things to me in layman's terms when the judicial "lingo" was too ambiguous for me to understand. He was always there to lend an ear when I had concerns and always encouraged me in each step of our sometimes grueling case. I have had to retain attorneys in the past for different types of situations. Mr. Jackson, by far, has both met and exceeded my expectations. Since that time, my husband and I have had Mr. Jackson handle several different legal matters for us - all of which he has taken care of with our greatest satisfaction.

This has been an excellent lawyer handling my case. I have had an extremely difficult situation and he has been with me every step of the way. Anytime that I have anything concerning that I need answered right away, he is quick to respond to me even on weekends. I would highly recommend Nathan Jackson to handle your legal needs.

Nathan is a great listener. He takes the time to understand my concerns and then asks specific questions to clarify what my goals are and what the issues are. He also does a great job of laying out the options and presenting solutions. He is well prepared for Court hearings and I felt confident going into Court because of him. I have referred him to several friends.

He did an excellent job explaining what was happening so I could understand it. There were a couple times it took him a little longer to get back to me because he was in court on other cases. The one thing I found the most impressive was that he wasn't afraid to tell me when he didn't know the answer to a specific question that I had. He told me that he would research it and find the answer and he did.
