Description: Plaintiff filed suit against her ex-husband alleging he failed to comply with the divorce settlement agreement in that he borrowed against the equity and did not continue to pay the premiums on several whole life insurance premiums that she received in the divorce. Plaintiff alleged she had been damages in the amount of 50,000.00 After a contempt hearing, Defendant prevailed and Plaintiff received nothing. Defendant also received 30,000 from Plaintiff in that she was required to return the insurance policies to him.
