About Me

The Lowcountry Law Office on Aging, Mental Health & Disabilities, LLC focuses exclusively on the representation of seniors, individuals struggling with mental illnesses, physical disabilities and their families.  We assist clients with the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, living wills, as well as revocable (living) trusts and irrevocable trusts for Medicaid, Life Insurance, and Special Needs planning.

We also assist families with obtaining guardianships and conservatorships due loved ones who lack the mental capacity necessary to make safe and reasonable financial and medical decisions, as well as individuals who are in need of government benefits such as Medicaid or Social Security Disability in order to pay for care or other financial needs.

Lastly, we assist families and indivduals who need to probate the estate of a loved one who has passed away, and we work tirelessly to minimize the stress of the this process on grieving family members.
