She seemed more concerned with getting along with the opposing attorney than being my advocate. My case should have been open and shut easy. Somehow without fail we always came out on the losing side. Her response would always be, "but really this is win". We would meet in her office I would point out the issues, do all the legwork, and she would look at it and say how easy it was going to be and how well it would go. She would go on and on about the strength of our case. On the day of court all the sudden we needed to compromise or it just wasn't going to go the way she thought. When I finally got so fed up and took a MILDLY harsh tone, she said she was going to file a motion to withdraw and no longer work with me. She had no compassion for the fact that we were dealing with the absolute most important thing in my life, my child. Also, in the original contract she was supposed to seek legal fees. When the time came for this to happen, what do you know she didn't want to pursue it. We had gone through a psychological evaluation costing me months and 3,000 dollars because she told me the judges always just basically sign off on what they say. After this and MULTIPLE failed drug tests we still ended up with nothing from the evaluation except the things that benefited him and hurt me.

She seemed to be on the other side and to be working with them and against me. I had to review documentation and tell her what should be done instead of her reviewing it and telling me from a legal standpoint what my options were. She would receive documents from child support and pass them to me to sign without pointing out areas of concern or things that needed changing for my benefit. I would never use her again.
