Radlyn is a superb legal professional who takes excellent care of her clients. I was consistently impressed by her work ethic and the level care she handled our case with. She is great at keeping in touch regarding our situation and has always been available to answer queries and concerns. It is always a great pleasure to work with Radlyn and her team. I cannot recommend her services more highly.
Radlyn Mendoza along with her paralegal Leesa Sherman-Hochmuth were outstanding. They both assist me with my immigration process since April 2012. Very professional and knowledgeable in every question that i asked. Always kept me up to date with the status of the immigration process. I felt very comfortable that everything will be done in a timely matter with zero errors there wasn't a question that they did not know. I would recommend this lawyer to anyone that seeks immigration assitance because you will receive the best service with outstanding results.
Ms. Mendoza and her staff have been great for me and my immigrant visa case. She and her paralegal, Leesa, were very helpful. Leesa is always available by email or phone, responds very quickly, and is always ready to help. I highly recommend them.
Ms. Mendoza was extremely valuable to us when we first started our case with her. At the time, my family and I were living out of the US, and my wife, formerly a self-deported illegal, was in need of a waiver to get her visa. Here's where Ms. Mendoza made a real difference:
1) She thoroughly interviewed us regarding our situation, and her questions were pointed enough to establish exactly what we needed and at what timeframe,
2) She kept in touch with us via Skype when she needed more detailed info, or when she needed immediate, real-time feedback.
3) When she was unable to personally handle our case, she made sure that we were handled by the best peer at her availability, making sure that we got representation equal to her own standards.
Waivers are a difficult, stressful, and exacting process, and if you live outside the US, the American Embassy representatives will tell you that you may not get your visa without legal representation. Because of Ms. Mendoza's expertise and professionalism, my family is now back in the US, and my wife has her green card.
I have had worked with them in past. Here is my experience. My company hired them for my H1B visa and later for PERM green card.
First of all I would say that they are not aware of most recent developments which happens. When my H1B petition got approved. I needed to travel to my home country for visa stamping and for that I asked them for documents related to stamping and since they were not aware about the recent happenings they didn't know all the required documents and as a result I was given 221(G ) during visa stamp and then I had to wait around 3 months to get visa stamping done. This was that big issue and again my company again decided to work with them for my Employment based Green Card which they handled very poorly.
There are multiple steps in filing the green card and very step is to file Prevailing Wage determination step to state in which they recommend less salary for my job and as a result my Prevailing wage determination was not get approved as per state law and We had to file PWD again in which I lost around 3 months.
Now the next step is to file PERM with DOL which they file after around 6 months and after 3-4 months DOL denied my PERM application due to lawyer's mistake because they didn't know the rules and then again they insisted that its certifying officer's mistake and recommended to file reconsideration with Certifying Officer.
We again waited 3 - 4 months for reconsideration result and when we contacted DOL regarding reconsideration they told that our application has been transafered to BALCA because CO didn't change his/her decision.
At this time, We were very frustrated and my H1b was going to expire in next 6 months - 1 year and then they recommended us to file another PERM from scratch. At this time we decided to not to work with anymore.
Due to attorney's mistakes I have lost more than 2 years (most valuable ) of my career and if you don't want this to happen to you, please choose your attorney carefully.
I have worked with Ms. Mendoza on my immigration matters and recommend her to others. First i got my U visa, then she has helped me out to get green card though the marriage. I have been very impressed by her office team work. i used to call or mail them any time and Ms. Mendoza or her paralegal Leesa Sherman-Hochmuth has responded promptly to all my questions. i have moved to New York after getting U visa, but that great experience I had with Ms. Mendoza didn't make me looking for attorney in NY.I was sure that the best idea to open the other case with her, even she was so far away. it was so nice of her, when she gave me discount because they were already working with me before. Ms. Mendoza was doing her best to prepare the case and us ( my husband and me) for the interview. She was very knowledgeable, honest, patient, dedicated and dependable. now I got my visa, but when i have any questions she will always help me out with right advice. I am so thankful to Ms. Mendoza for her kind consideration in always being available to answer all my questions and offer suggestions, also in handling my case in a very smart, capable and extremely proficient manner. It was pleasure working with u guys!!
I came in contact with Ms Mendoza in August of 2010. My husband at the time had asked me for a divorce; he had also threatened to kill me. Being a citizen of Sweden and having recently moved to Virginia from Hawaii, I did not know what to do nor who to turn to. I was frustrated and needed guidance regarding my permanent residency and the divorce.
I was referred to Ms.Mendoza from a girl that I had met at a salsa event in Ghent.
Because of my work schedule, Ms Mendoza and I had a hard time scheduling an appointment. But that did not stop Ms Mendoza from helping me over the phone by listening to my current situation and giving me advice on how to handle my immigration issue.
Thanks to Ms. Mendoza I was able to receive all the information I needed, when I needed it, she would return my calls and reply to my emails within 12-24 hours.
Ms Mendoza is an angel sent from heaven and thanks to her I am alive today. I am also in the process of getting my 10-year green card and my divorce is almost finalized.
I highly recommend Ms Mendoza, she is very professional, knowledgeable and accurate with her information.
