Only because of the professionalism, vast knowledge and dedication shown by Mr. Ferguson was I able to successfully refute charges that were filed against me. I was so close to giving up and giving in, even though I knew I was innocent...thank heavens I hired Mr Ferguson and gave it one more try....because of his tenacious and dedication, along with his vast knowledge, my cases were dismissed. Thank you Ryan for all that you did for me and giving me peace of mind.

Mr Ferguson was extremely knowledgable not only on the subject matter but also on court procedure. In dealing with opposing counsel he aggressively advocated my position. He was open and responsive to me as his client. Unfortunately, the defendant filed bankruptcy, which negated my ability to seek judicial enforcement of my contract claim and the case had to be dropped. However, I have no doubt that we would have prevailed on the merits of the case due to Mr. Ferguson's excellent grasp of the facts, the law, procedure, and his confident and assured presence.

If you have an issue to handle Ryan gets to the important facts that matter quickly and gets the job done. You do not want Ryan on the other side of you. He is a tough no nonsense guy who will pervail and everyone gets to know it quickly. I had 2 other lawyers who just did not get action. Ryan does.
