This is the law firm you never want to hire. After paying about $20,000, they did not do anything meaningful for my case but talked to the defendant’s lawyer for 30 mins. Finally I settled the case by myself and got two times more money than they could settle for me.
It charged me more than $6000 for just organizing the file I sent to them; when I called the lawyer, he even told me he never received the file from me and of course he never read them neither.

Scott is a compassionate and talented lawyer who has obviously found his calling in life. Scott was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Every aspect of his firm was of the highest caliber. His initial interview with me was thorough and not rushed. I was impressed that he researched the information I gave him before accepting my case. Knowing that he only chose clients whose cases survived his initial scrutiny gave me confidence to proceed. I knew immediately after my first phone call with Scott, I had chosen the right firm to represent me. He, along with his team, kept me informed at every step of the process letting me know what to expect so there would be no surprises. My firm was experiencing a major expense reduction and my position was to be eliminated. There was a meaningful discrepancy between what I believed the firm's obligations were to me and the firm believed their obligations to be relative to severance. I initially engaged with Scott Oswald as he reviewed the merits of my position. Subsequently, David Scher assumed responsibility for advising me and interfacing with the firm. The dynamics of the conversation changed immediately upon Dave's involvement and we had full resolution on primary terms within three weeks.
