Client Review:
Mr. Oswald and his firm represented me in a Whistleblower case. I'm certain that if I did not have the representation of their firm I would not have been allowed to return to work nor would I have my retirement and associated benefits of almost 28 years of service in the federal government.
I found all my contacts with Mr. Oswald and his associates to be professional and felt that they were always very responsive to my concerns about my case. The attorneys for the opposing counsel and the judge in my case both commented on the of how well prepared they were and how they professionally presented my case. Mr. Scott Oswald exceeded my expectations. Great trail Lawyer in Employment Law and discrimination law. Honest with his client from day one. I will highly advise anyone out there to contact him first before other lawyer screw up.
When you hire him you hire a team which are made up investigator, jury consultants etc. He spend the time evaluating your case before he takes it. When searching for an attorney I searched for someone who was knowledgeable in all matters of employment law, a stellar communicator and someone who would be aggressive when necessary and not afraid to “get his hands dirty”. I found those attributes and more in Scott Oswald.
As a legal professional and as a person he conducts himself in the most respectful and professional manner imaginable. As my counsel he possessed an expertise in all areas of the law that pertained to my case and used his vast skill set to methodically create a plan that combined reasonable negotiations with out sacrificing the tactical leverage necessary to pursue successful litigation. Attorney Oswald retains a loyal and dedicated staff that worked diligently on our behalf and always kept the lines of communications open. He possessed a great work ethic and was very sensitive to the urgency and sensitivity of our issues. Mr. Oswald's fortitude in fighting to preserve my right of access to the court system was compelling and matched only by his quick wit and compassionate demeanor. Attorney Oswald handled my case for more than three years and him and his team worked very hard in litigating the case. He often worked late hours just so he could fully respond to the opposition and also incorporate my input into the responses. He was very mindful that I was not alone in the case, but had family to consider in the decisions that we made. He ensured that I understood all options in decision making and made me feel like part of the litigation team. In the end he was very prepared to try the case. I would highly recommend him for Employment Law type cases.

Scott Oswald handled two cases for me and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate his hard work and support. I lost the first case due to a technicality that Scott and his team had warned me about prior to taking the case but he did not let that deter him. He pressed on at my request and won the second case with pride. All through the preparation and investigation into the facts of the case, Scott maintained the utmost of professionalism. He exhibited an impressive knowledge base as he won my case against a large pharmaceutical company, and his actions spoke volumes about his character when he helped me arrange the financial support to see the case through to completion. Since my case Scott has stayed in touch and provided additional help when needed. I give Scott Oswald an overall excellent rating.

Scott is not only an excellent lawyer but a good advocate for cases he handled for me. I have used Scott twice (2 separate cases over 3 years) and have always been amazed with the degree to which Scott mastered minute detailes of each of the cases. Scott impressed me the first time I met him in that he took time to know me as a person and, secondly, he encouraged me to become familiar with his work by inviting me to observe a case he was litigating. In doing so, he allowed me to be my own judge of his work. Scott was always responsive and tenaceous at the same time. He kept me informed regularely and was always encouraging. What counted the most in the end is that Scott was able to deliver excellent results in both of the cases he has handled for me. he batted 100.
I must also add that Scott has an excellent staff and a great group of attorneys and support services. The group provides a well balanced and complete service. I thank Scott and his team for what they've done for me and my family. R Scott Oswald

Scott and his team did an excellent job for me. My company's foreign owner was reneging on my severance terms pending a merger. He came up with a strategy that put a $26B merger in jeopardy pending them fulfilling their obligation.
He went up against one of the most highly-regarded legal firms retained by this large corporation and came to amicable terms. Out of all the lawyers I have encountered in my career, Scott kept the momentum going without any prodding from me. This is not my experience with other overworked lawyers.
