Description:A client was charged with Driving Under a Suspended License – DUI Related under Section 1543(b) of the Pennsylvania Vehicle Code. If convicted, this offense carries a mandatory sentence of 60-90 days in prison along with an additional 1-year license suspension and a $500 fine. After a hearing in front of a District Judge, all charges were dismissed and client was issued a refund of collateral.
